My stay at Sanctuary South Beach was incredibly disappointing. The room was not what was advertised, feeling more like an afterthought than a proper three-bedroom suite. Both the condition of the facilities and the service left a lot to be desired. it felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming throughout my stay.
Rooms
5.0
I was promised a three-bedroom suite, but it was barely more than a cramped studio with flimsy partitions and no real doors. There was no privacy, and maintenance was severely lacking.
Service
5.0
The service was abysmal, with the cleaning crew providing dirty sheets and no essential items like toilet paper. I had to fend for myself regarding basic supplies, which was incredibly frustrating.
Location
5.0
While the location could have been convenient, the building itself felt neglected, smelling of mold and looking run-down. I was left feeling like I'd been misled about the amenities.
Dining
5.0
The dining options were dismal. a poor display of stale items that were far below expectations. It was truly frustrating considering I was looking forward to enjoying local cuisine.

5.0
I expected to have access to facilities like a pool, but upon arrival, I found a dirty area in disrepair, making it clear that many advertised features were non-existent.

My stay at Sanctuary South Beach was incredibly disappointing. The room was cramped and lacked proper privacy, with thin curtains instead of doors. On top of that, I faced numerous issues with cleanliness and maintenance. The location was its only saving grace, being just a short walk to the beach, but overall, I would not recommend this place. 😞
Rooms
5.0
The room was advertised as a three-bedroom but was poorly designed with partitions instead of actual doors. It felt uncomfortably cramped, and there was zero privacy due to thin curtains. The bathroom was also moldy and had other maintenance issues.
Service
5.0
The service was frustrating. I encountered problems like unclean sheets and a broken shower handle that were not resolved. Additionally, I had to replenish my own toilet paper. It felt like I was being charged extra without receiving adequate service.
Location
6.0
The location is great, just a short four-minute walk to the beach and close to Ocean Drive action spots. However, this alone doesn't make up for the issues encountered during my stay.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were very poor. The food was served on polystyrene plates with plastic cutlery, which isn’t what I expect from a hotel. There was also a lack of variety in the spread offered.
Facilities
5.0
The promised pool was inaccessible, making the facilities feel misleading. The overall upkeep of the area left much to be desired, with cleanliness being a significant concern.

My stay at Sanctuary South Beach was disappointing, to say the least. The room was falsely advertised as a three-bedroom, but it was just three cramped areas separated by flimsy partitions. On the upside, the location is close to various attractions, but that's about it. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
Rooms
5.0
The room was misleadingly listed as a three-bedroom. It had no doors, resulting in zero privacy and a cramped layout. The bathroom's state was unacceptable, with issues like mold and a missing shower handle.
Service
5.0
The owners added unexpected charges just before our arrival, which felt like extortion. They provided little to no assistance when it came to basic maintenance needs and supplies like toilet paper, forcing us to buy our own.
Location
5.0
While the hotel is close to attractions, it's overshadowed by the overall neglect and poor condition of the hotel. We were told we could use a nearby hotel's pool, but that was also under construction.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, the dining options were limited and quite unappetizing, featuring stale bread on plastic plates. It was disappointing considering the vibrant local food scene in Miami.
Facilities
5.0
There were no amenities as advertised. The area where the pool should be appeared abandoned and filthy, making it unusable.
